Privacy policy

The short version

This website is a static site. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking, loads no third-party scripts or fonts (all fonts are self-hosted), and its contact form does not transmit or store any data. That is why you see no cookie banner: there is nothing to consent to.

1. Controller

Silexa GmbH, Industriestraße 85, 04229 Leipzig, Germany — email: hello@silexa.tech

2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Hostinger International Ltd., 61 Lordou Vironos Street, 6023 Larnaca, Cyprus. When you visit the site, the hosting provider automatically processes technical connection data (such as IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, browser type) in server log files. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in operating a secure and stable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log files are retained only for a short period and are not merged with other data.

3. Contact form

The contact form on this site is currently not connected to any transmission service. Submitting it does not send your entries to us or to any third party, and nothing you type is stored on a server. If you want to reach us, please email hello@silexa.tech.

If you contact us by email, we process the data you provide (email address, name, content of your message) solely to handle your enquiry, based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR or, where your enquiry aims at a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

4. Fonts

All web fonts are hosted on our own server. No connection to Google Fonts, Fontshare, or any other third-party font service is established when you visit this site.

5. Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies of any kind and uses no analytics, advertising, or tracking technologies.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77) — for us, the Saxon Commissioner for Data Protection and Transparency (Sächsische Datenschutz- und Transparenzbeauftragte).

7. Changes

We will update this policy whenever the site's actual data processing changes — for example if the contact form is connected to a form service. Last updated: 9 July 2026.
